You don’t have the legal right to work in the location of the job
With many jobs now being offered on a hybrid or remote basis, make sure you have the legal right to work in the location where the job exists. Unless otherwise stated, most jobs still require you to be based in a particular place because the contract of employment will need to be administered in one place so that the candidate can seek recourse in case of any disputes.
